Cat Ilacad is the daughter of the well-known owner of the
OctoArts, Orly Ilacad. She refuses to just enjoy the wealth of her father’s
business and used the mentoring and encouragement she received from him to set
up her own business 12 years ago.

Armed with strong determination and burning passion, Cat
left her position as the Marketing Manager of one of her father’s business to
make a name for herself. She put up Posh Nails at that time was the first to
offer beauty and pampering for hands and
foot under one roof.

Cat Ilacad started with this kind of mindset back in 2002
when she opened her first branch in Greenhills. From that date till now, Posh
Nails tremendously grew from 1 branch to 27 branches, 4 of those are soon to
open, making sure to partner with the best nail technicians who believe and
provides quality service to the customers.
This determined woman achieved such tremendous growth by
employing effective marketing strategies and started offering franchise option
in 2008. She also made her business known to the public by collaborating with
influential stars and celebrities like Gwen Zamora, Andrea Brillantes, Bea
Binene, Barbie Fortaleza, Sam Pinto, Carla Abellana, Bianca King, Angel Locsin,
Nikki Valdez, Toni and Alex Gonzaga, Ellen Adarna, Andi Eigenmann, LJ Reyes,
Valerie Concepcion, Cristine Reyes and Anne Curtis to help her in endorsement and promotions.
These things help her to let Posh Nails Hand and Foot Spa grow through the
years.
Though she accomplished and achieved a great success, Cat
never stop to do product research to make sure that Posh Nails stays a market
leader in beauty and pampering business. She also let her nail technicians
attend various beauty conventions and conferences to help them be the best and
enhance what they already know. By means of this, Cat picks up the latest in
Technology and worldwide trends for hand and foot treatments.

Posh nails will hit a total of 27 branches this year, with
4 branches soon to open. 14 branches located in Metro Manila and 13 in the
